Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Extra virgin olive oil is high in monosaturated fats, particularly oleic acid and these have been shown to reduce bad cholesterol.

We add extra virgin olive oil to our Turmeric products because Turmeric is fat soluble. This means the curcumin in turmeric dissolves in fats and oils rather than water. This is significant because it affects how the body absorbs it and its bio availability.
